Hazelnut parfait without eggs with honey and hazelnuts

The hazelnut parfait with honey and hazelnuts is a perfect dish to end a dinner with friends and relatives. With an enveloping but light taste, with a little honey and hazelnuts as a garnish, you just cannot resist it!

Ingredients
  • 60 g of toasted hazelnuts
  • 200 g of fresh liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
Preparation

With the help of a mixer, chop the hazelnuts and put them in a bowl. In another bowl add sugar, vanillin and cream and whip everything on the electric whisk. Then pour the previously chopped hazelnuts and rum into the mixture. Put everything in a cake mold and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Once ready, take out of the freezer and cut some slices from the cake to arrange them on a plate: then decorate with the hazelnuts with honey. Finally, it is possible to create an additional decoration using caramel.
