Efficiency Meets Culinary Art
Construction began on a state-of-the-art production facility adjacent to the original farm. The new facility enabled the automation of processing, packaging, and logistics—scaling efficiency while preserving the authentic flavour and natural integrity of our ingredients.

With the new facility fully operational, Cascina San Cassiano accelerated its growth, securing prime shelf space across Italy and Europe. Through a network of trusted distributors, we expanded into key non-EU markets. Today, buyers and distributors remain our most valued partners for global growth.
