Baked pears with chocolate spread

Baked pears with chocolate cream are a classic, very traditional dessert that over the years many restaurants have included in their menus and gradually re-proposed in various versions. The recipe is very simple and fast, but also very tasty!

Wash the pears thoroughly and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, slightly melt the pear and cocoa spread in a bain-marie. To give even more flavor, add star anise and cinnamon sticks to the spread, to be removed before pouring the cream on the fruits. Once ready, peel the pears and cover them with the cream (which will be slightly more liquid now). Pears can be served either whole or cut in half.
