Green spaghetti

Green spaghettiis a tasty variation of pasta with pesto! Quick and easy to prepare, it will give your dish a different touch! For hisextraordinarygoodness, the whole family will love it!

Ingredients
  • 320 g of spaghetti pasta
  • 1 piece of onion
  • pistacchio powder
Preparation

Boil pasta in salted water. Meanwhile chop finely onion and fry it with some oil in a non-stick pan. When onion will brown lightly, add 3 tablespoons of Rucola Sauce Cascina San Cassiano, mix all with some tablespoon of cooking water. Strain spaghetti “al dente” and not too much dry, sauté them in pan, sprinkling with pistachio dust and, to taste, black pepper. Serve and if you want, add more pistacchio powder.
