Yoghurt cups with apricot compote

Yoghurt cups with apricot compote are easy and quick to prepare sweets. With the freshness of Greek yogurt and the sweetness of nuts, they are a healthy and delicious idea for those who have little time but do not give up breakfast.

Preparation

Crumble a little sponge cake and lay it on the bottom of each cup. Heat the Walnuts with Honey Cascina San Cassiano in the microwave and mix it with the yogurt. Pour the yogurt on the sponge cake and cover with a couple of generous spoons of apricot preserve. Leave to rest for about ten minutes and taste preferably while the honey is still warm.
