Potatoballs with truffle butter

Easy and quick to prepare, potato meatballs with truffle butter are a truly irresistible snack! The unmistakable flavor of the truffle combines perfectly with the sweetness of the potatoes. To add even more flavor to the dish, try adding a teaspoon of mushroom and truffle pesto!

Ingredients
  • 250 g of potatoes
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • potato starch
Preparation

First, peel, cut into cubes (not too small) and boil the potatoes in a pan. Bring to a boil and wait for the potatoes to become soft. After cooking, pass the potatoes in the potato masher, then put the puree in a bowl and add salt, pepper, parmesan and potato starch. At this point, place a teaspoon of truffle butter inside each meatball. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes, after sprinkling them with oil. Before serving, add a teaspoon of mushroom and truffle pesto to the plate to decorate.
