Gianduja cream Halloween cupcakes

The fluffy gianduja cream cakes are the perfect treat for the Halloween party! Delicious and easy to prepare, they are liked by young and old, and are also suitable for breakfast or snack. As an alternative to using butter, these delicious cakes can also be prepared with olive oil.

For this recipe we used the Gianduja Spread Cascina San Cassiano, but try it also with the Milk and Hazelnut Spread Cascina San Cassiano!

Ingredients
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 150 g of butter (or 150 ml of oil)
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of whole milk
Preparation

In a bowl, pour the sugar and eggs and mix with the electric whisk. Pour in the milk, then the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix all the ingredients well until the dough is smooth and without lumps. Grease and flour some cake molds, pour the mixture and bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Once the cakes are ready, allow to cool and garnish with the gianduja cream. If desired, add fresh fruit such as strawberries to decorate the dessert.
