Ingredients
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 80 g of clarified butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 g of parsley
Preparation

Toast the pine nuts in a pan for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous browning is obtained. Finely chop the parsley. Place the butter in a pan and let it melt on a low heat. In the meantime, add salt, pepper and flour to a bowl and flour the cod fillets. Arrange the fillets in the pan and increase the intensity of the flame. Once cooked, place the fillets on a hot plate and pour the water, the chopped parsley and the pine nuts into the thick cooking pan of the fish to obtain a sauce, making the mixture thicken.
