The stuffed pasta basket is a delicious hot appetizer to share with friends. Despite the presence of pasta it is an excellent dish to taste as a hot appetizer. It looks like an elaborate dish but the realization is easy and fast: it will amaze everyone!
Prepare the baskets crumbling the grated parmesan in a pan for crepes and letting it melt. Once melted, pour the mixture onto an upturned cup so that it quickly solidifies and keeps its shape.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain and sauté in a frying pan with the Ragout with Piedmontese meat Cascina San Cassiano. Finally garnish the dough with Parmesan cheese and decorate with shavings of cheese and rocket.
