Phyllo dough fruit packets

Phyllo dough fruit packets are delicious sweets, ideal for those who want a tasty but not demanding dessert. They are the right charge to combine with a healthy breakfast and represent a good alternative as a meal, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
  • water 100 ml
  • flour 200 g
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation

Mix water, flour, oil and salt (add 1 egg if you prefer) until you obtain a dough: then, strech it in a thin veil. For each packet you will need 4 little dough sheets, to place in a “fan-like” manner in the moulds. Farce them with the Apricot Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano and some pieces of fresh fruit. Bake in the oven at 180 °C, fan mode, for 30 minutes.
