Tasty tomato sauce with eggplant, salty Ricotta cheese and 100% italian tomatoes. Ideal to season pasta dishes.
The sauce is ready to be poured directly onto freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is advisable to heat it over a low heat or in the microwave, after opening the jar and removing the capsule. Try it also on bread.
Sauce with a typically Mediterranean flavor. The origin of the name “alla Norma” is disputed between two lines of thought: the first associates this term with the Sicilian playwright Nino Martoglio who would have defined this dish “It is a Norm!” to indicate the goodness; the second, associates it with the composer Vincenzo Bellini because it was a dish dedicated to the celebrations for the opera by the homonymous name To prepare this sauce we use only Italian tomatoes
