The 2024 exhibition season for Cascina San Cassiano opens in Barcelona, March 18-21 with a return to Alimentaria, the prestigious international expo for Food & Beverage experts and global gastronomic innovation.
In recent years, Cascina San Cassiano has focused precisely on the creation of new products, in line with the need to specialize and customize them in response to the new market trends that are more attentive to the different eating habits of consumers, while still offering the classic taste of quality Italian cuisine.
It is exactly this ability to use the opportunities made available by technological evolution that makes it possible to preserve the natural characteristics of food raw materials with the superlative gastronomic results, in terms of flavour, aroma and texture, that we find in Cascina San Cassiano’s jars.
The Alba-based company will bring this experience within the exclusive Italy Area, managed by ICE together with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona, dedicated to the international promotion of national gastronomic excellence.
Cascina San Cassiano has already been present for years in Spain with important commercial collaborations both in the Large Distribution and in specialized stores, therefore Alimentaria will be the appointment to present the novelties and strengthen the presence of the brand in the local market, but also an opportunity to open new distribution channels and develop new targets, with particular reference to community gastronomies and the HoReCa circuit, since this year Alimentaria takes place in conjunction with HOSTELCO, the international exhibition of equipment for catering and hotellerie.
