Jam to enjoy spread on bread, as a filling for croissants, to stuff cakes, tarts and on ice cream. It is excellent mixed with yogurt, cheeses and paired with roast meats. After opening store in the refrigerator.
Blueberry cultivation was already diffused between the tribes of Native Americans, and the Europeans learned it from them, importing it in Europe. Only in the XXth century its cultivation started having commercial purposes.To prepare our preserve we use just blueberries and cane sugar.
