Tasty pesto prepared with hazelnuts from Langhe. Ideal for gourmet recipes, to season pasta dishes, gnocchi and polenta. Excellent for garnishing second courses based on roasted meat.
Pesto is ready to pour over just drained pasta. To facilitate the distribution of the sauce, it is recommended to dilute the pesto with a little pasta cooking water. Pesto is ideal with all types of pasta and special on gnocchi. Try it with main courses, with shellfish and as a base for canapés. Oil surfacing is normal, so we recommend mixing well before use.
