There are many new products presented at Tuttofood 2023 by Cascina San Cassiano. Here we raise the curtain on “Dressing”: internationally inspired sauces, which we have produced following the classic recipe but using high-quality Italian ingredients: fresh butter, eggs 100% raised in Italy for Bernaise Sauce and basic Hollandaise Sauce! To these classics of international cuisine we added the precious Black Truffle and the characteristic IGP Sorrento Lemon to obtain two aromatic sauces with a “starry” taste: the Hollandaise Sauce with Truffle and the Sorrento IGP Lemon Dressing!
Four very interesting seasonings because they are essential in the traditional recipe, but refined and balanced in the gourmet interpretation.
For these new sauces we have designed a distinctive glass packaging and label according to the Cascina San Cassiano style; it will be easy to recognize them on display.
The “Dressing” operation enriches our segment of sauces with an international focus: the BBQ sauces to enrich grilled meats, the ready-made Alfredo sauces to season pasta and rice, and now the Dressing sauces to add flavor to boiled, steamed or grilled vegetables, but excellent also on fish and salads. A full range proposal for this market segment….. young and fast approach but with the taste of good food!
