Cascina San Cassiano is participating in Sirha with an exhibition space dedicated to companies of excellence in Piedmontese gastronomic production. We will be in Hall 2.2, Booth L106 at Eurexpo Lyon, an area organized by the Foreign Center of the Piedmont Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with ICE (the Italian Trade Agency). For Cascina San Cassiano, this is a significant opportunity as, for five days, it will enrich the show-cooking and tasting sessions with a different best-selling product each day. The gastronomic exhibition will take place in the area in front of the stand, with each day reserved for 100 professional guests selected by the Foreign Trade Center from various distribution channels. These guests will have the chance to taste recipes prepared by a chef using Tomato Sauce with Gorgonzola D.O.P., Fondue with Truffle, Cugna Sauce (a traditional Piedmontese sauce made with grapes and dried fruit), and Peach and Cocoa Spread, highlighting the regional cuisine of Piedmont.
Cascina San Cassiano’s wide range of ready-to-use culinary specialties includes classic and vegan sauces and ragouts, cheese creams, and sauces of all kinds, traditional pestos, and an extensive sweet line. This sweet range features extra jams made with 60% to 92% fruit and cane sugar, low-calorie jams and marmalades with stevia, fruits in syrup, desserts, puddings, refined spreads, and finally, the special lines: high-protein products, semolina or egg pasta flavoured with truffles and fine vegetables, and vegan sauces with vegetable balls.
The Sirha in Lyon is a highly prestigious exhibition that serves as a showcase for the most exciting global gastronomic trends, reflecting the evolution of consumer tastes and the expectations of Food Service professionals. It stands out in the exhibition scene for the quality of its exhibitors. Although not institutional, it offers an engaging platform involving all distribution channels—from Horeca, food service, and community catering, to the retail sector and large-scale distribution.
