Cascina San Cassiano at Tuttofood 2023: “We shared our Passion!”

Cascina San Cassiano was a hit at Tuttofood! Four days of intense work, many meetings with buyers to develop new projects and consolidate long-standing collaborations. This event was the occasion to present to the national and international markets a series of completely new products, such as the ‘dressing’, the ‘I Mediterranei’ sauces or the selection of the red label ‘ragù’, the new pestos with Sorrento IGP lemons, and with truffles; or even in the sweet line the new ‘8 fruits’ extra jams or made with fruits of particular and precious varieties. All the new products are inspired by an even more careful search for and promotion of typical Italian products or the world’s most precious crop selections.
As Elio Rossetto and his team have repeatedly remarked: ‘This was an opportunity to share our passion for fine food. We showcased the fruit of our design skills, innovation and love for tradition’.
