Production
We select high quality raw material, strictly of Italian origin.
Raw materials are processed within two days from the arrival in our warehouse.
Many of our products are made with guaranteed and certified quality ingredients.
Some examples: Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, DOCG wines, peppers from Carmagnola, Tropea onions, Italian sundried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP.
Many of our sweet products are made with cane sugar from the Caribbean.
Cascina San Cassiano is BRC, IFS, ORGANIC, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified.
Moreover Cascina San Cassiano has obtained the certification ISO 22005 for the traceability of the production chain, with reference to the apricot variety "Albicocca Tonda di Costigliole" (round apricot from Costigliole) used in our items Apricots in syrup and Apricots in syrup with Moscato wine.
The production chain starts from the producers' cooperative and goes through the processing plant.
We garantee the traceability of apricots from the producer to the final consumer.
