Pears in syrup with Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC wine
Description: the pears, "Madernassa" variety, come from Piedmont; they are processed in the same day of the arrival in the company. Then they are washed and put in jar manually. The syrup made of Nebbiolo wine and sugar make them soft and juicy, ideal for many kind of recipes, such as fruit salads, cocktails, dessert. They can also be paired with ice creams, yoghurt.
