  Apricots in syrup
with Moscato d'Asti DOCG wine


Description: the apricots come from Costigliole di Saluzzo, in west Piedmont; the fruit is processed in the same day of the arrival in the company.
Then they are washed and put in jar manually without cutting them into slices, to preserve flavour and solidity.
The syrup made of Moscato wine and sugar make them soft and juicy, ideal for many kind of recipes, such as fruit salads, cocktails and dessert.

How to use: ready to use product, just open and enjoy it, alone or with other Cascina San Cassiano products, or as ingredient for tasty recipes.

Consumption suggestions: as dessert, on the ice cream, as yoghurt or cakes filling.
