Egg tagliolini
Description: delicious, tasty, typical egg tagliolini prepared following and ancient Piedmont recipe, cutted and "nested" manually. Perfect seasoned only with butter or extravirgin olive oil and parmesan cheese, delicious also with stronger seasoning like ragout, pesto or flavoured butters.
