Delicious sauce made with a mix of Pecorino, Gorgonzola, Provola and Asiago cheeses. 4 different cheeses with an intense flavor that mixed together produce this creamy sauce ideal for preparing a tasty and stringy white pizza, ready to bake in the oven a few minutes.
To make a pizza in just a few minutes, simply open the jar and spread the sauce directly on the rolled out pizza dough. Bake at 250° until fully cooked. The variant with the addition of vegetables is excellent. Try it in the filling of calzones, flatbreads and piadinas as well.
In Sardinia, French and Italian archaeologists have found traces of baking bread dating back to over 7000 years ago and it was bread.
