How to use

Curiosity
The artichoke is originally from the Middle East, the Egyptians and Greeks phytotherapists used it normally. In the 4th century B.C. it was already cultivated by the Arabs, who introduced it in Italy from 300 BC, thus gradually inserting into Italian cuisine. In 1500 it was even considered an aphrodisiac. We prepare appetizer with only artichokes and olive oil.
