Curiosity

Bruschetta was born out of need: Italian farmers needed to preserve the bread they used to roast and season with oil and vegetables. The name derives from the word brusto, which means in toaste in the dialect spoken in Rome. To prepare this sauce we use tomatoes, basil and peppers.
