Pesto is ready to pour over just drained pasta. To facilitate the distribution of the sauce, it is recommended to dilute the pesto with a little pasta cooking water. Pesto is ideal with all types of pasta and special on gnocchi. Try it with main courses, with shellfish and as a base for canapés. Oil surfacing is normal, so we recommend mixing well before use.
Pistachio is native to Middle East, where it was cultivated since prehistoric times, then spreading during the centuries in southern Europe. It is a plant which can reach 12 meters in height and 300 years of life. This savory pesto is prepared with pistachios and natural ingredients.
