How to use

Ideal with fettuccine, the cream is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, stir well before using. For an even creamier texture, reheat the cream over low heat and stir in pasta cooking water. Great for creaming risotto and on crostoni.

The origin of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese remount to the Middle Ages, when the benedectine monks exploited the high milk production of the Parma territory. Today, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced with just milk from Parma, salt, natural rennet and no additives at all. This cream is prepared with Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O..
