Caper’s bushes grow spontaneously in the whole Mediterranean basin: once the sprouts grows, the buds form. Capers are the plant’s bud, which if it isn’t collected in 15 days, it becomes a flower of rare beauty. Our capers are preserved in a solution of salt and water.
